Design
At this stage we meet and discuss things like your location, are you building new? Doing an infill on your current lot or just planning to renovate (of course, we renovate!) Things like wind parking, wind, access and egress all play a part in the design of your new home. Ideologies about your build, for example, are you building a modern home? Craftsman or going for that Rustic Modern style, whatever you're looking for we can help you either ourselves with the assistance of numerous qualified trade partners or one of our very talented design partners. Utilizing different designers gives allows us to accurately cater to our clients' needs without falling into a pattern of “familiarity.”

Build
At this stage, things start to move quickly, but on-site visits are encouraged with our customers so they not only get a chance to meet the tradespeople building their home but the chance to physically see and feel their designs. Often things can look different in real life than it may seem with measurements on paper, we try to encourage our clients to see the building take shape so any concerns can be immediately addressed.

Live
After construction is complete, we do a one year walk through to cover any loose ends or problems that may arise in the first year. All of our projects are covered under warranty through Progressive New Home Warranty.
